New Is Good
At NCC, you won't find a lot of stereotypically churchy things like pipe organs, difficult to understand language, suits and ties, or judgmental attitudes. Instead you'll find hot coffee, friendly faces, Biblical teaching that means something to your life, an exciting kids program for you child, styles of music that you can connect with, and a church that's concerned with changing the world for the better.
What to Expect
We know it's always a bit unnerving to try something new, so we want you to feel as welcomed and comfortable as possible. NCC has two worship experiences at 9am and 11am each Sunday. 10-15 minutes before worship begins, people typically begin to show up and grab a hot cup of coffee and chat.
You'll notice a lot of jeans, shorts, and sandals at NCC. We're much more concerned about what's going on in your heart than what kind of shirt is on your back. The experience usually kicks off with some high-energy worship, followed by some media that ties in with a Biblical message that will catalyze your life towards the way of Jesus. The service usually lasts about an hour.
